What all these works have in common is the subjective look of the authors. Each is an authentic testament of personal perceptions and reflections: they may be documentary-oriented perspectives, formally playful studies or richly ornamented computer-generated universes. These authors focus their interests on presenting their individuality and their personal view on the world.
In addition to the subjective look, these works often include reflections on the materials and conditions of visual art production (experimental film as metafilm). General themes of image production move increasingly to the foreground: How to deal with images, personally and socially.
Questions are posed: how much is identity defined by public and private image-complexes? (Manipulation). What are the implications of taking private images to the public? (Voyeurism). And most importantly: how does one assert one's own personal vision, against prevailing media conventions?

(Manipulation)? Was bedeutet es, private Bilder öffentlich zu machen? (Voyeurismus)?
