The Video Installation All My Asian Lovers in Asia (2016)
is based on the 35mm film ALL YOU CAN EAT (1993) and is an expanded version of the video LOVERFILM (1996).

All My Asian Lovers in Asia as part of the group exhibition "Không [Mặc] Gì Cả - Nothing [On]" with works by Xuan Ha (mixed media, VN), Nguyen Vuong Phuong Thao (photography, VN), Nguyen Uyen Minh (mixed media, VN), Daphnée Hoang (photography, VN), Thanh (Nu) Mai (mixed media, USA), Michael Brynntrup (film, GERMANY), Stevie Ann & Gabby Miller (zine, USA) and curated by Dang Bui (VN).

Underneath multiple oppression by the society, we are all bare and vulnerable for affectionate lust, and there is no need to defy that. This exhibition is an artistic liberation of sensual intimacy to return it to its great pure sense as something basic as life full of pain and pleasure. Earthly and spiritual. (Dang Bui).
